Overland Park-based Title Boxing Club has been acquired by BoxUnion Holdings LLC. BoxUnion, a fitness boxing brand based in Santa Monica, California, purchased the Kansas company for undisclosed terms. Title Boxing Club has more than 160+ locations nationwide, Mexico and the Dominican Republic.
